I wore this outfit for 3 straight days basically. And I'll probably wear it again soon. I last wore the skirt on Sunday and to be honest, I am seriously considering putting it on with a tank top here in a few when I get dressed for my shift...

It's silk. And there is so much of it. It's awesome.

I've also worn these boots at least once a day for the past 6 days, at first it was because I needed to wear them a little every day to break them in and stretch the leather across my toes where they were a bit tight. But now that's all done and I'm just wearing them because they are so awesome.

My favorite part is how TALL they are for western boots. I knew a few months ago that my old boots were on the way out or to the repair shop, and I have been on the lookout since then. If I could replace them for less that it would cost to repair them, then that was the plan. And these were $26, and the repairs were going to be extensive. So win/win as far as I'm concerned!~

I love that cuff. I got it at Buffalo Exchange (naturally!) for a STEAL, but it's by Nest. When I first saw it, I thought it was really pretty, and it reminded me of the moon. When Nathan first saw it, he said it looked like acid burned flesh. Well. OK. I'll be honest, that's all I see now. Acid burned flesh. But I kind of love that. What can I say? I love subversive jewelry!

(I know, I know, the iPhone pics are kind of lame, but for now they mean I post when I wouldn't. Nate can snap a few shots, and I can edit and upload them to flickr from the car in less than 10 minutes. It's keeping me going for now!)
