Hello, Is It Me You're Looking For?

Oh. Hi. That was longer than I meant to be away. I'm busy. In a good way. Living. I spend so little time on the computer that I miss emails and updates. And I'm OK with that. It's nice not being so connected. I don't know how long it will last, but for now, it's nice. I feel free.

I've also felt really free in my outfit choices. Sometimes, I'm a little over the top. Like this...

The vest, the tie dye, the tail. It's a lot of look. And I love it.

Anyway. I hope you are feeling good too. And I hope I do a better job of keeping up with you. I like you.

I was wondering where you went!

For me it is essential to take internet breaks otherwise I burn out on information overload. I've cut down on the number of blogs I keep up with but that leaves me with more time to comment on the ones I read.

BTW I still need to take pictures for that little project we talked about but I haven't forgotten about it I've just had no spare time for fun stuff at work.

I had the same hiatus, and sometimes it's needed and feels so good. Balance :)

Very Texas rocker-chic. Love it.

I can relate not being connected. I wont even use the internet on my cell phone. In most cases it's great, especially while biking. That is until I heard on the radio yesterday that Gil Scott-Heron died. That was an update I missed. He died Friday. Very sad. I still wont be that connected. I got the news, just late.

Yay! Hi! When I saw the first picture, I blurted aloud "I LOVE her!" I hope that didn't come off as creepy as it might sound. Only you can make such a whole lotta look so great. :)

Glad to see you posting! I love your vest. It can be very freeing to forget the blog and wear whatever you want without worrying about it. Balance is good.

Aw I envy you for being able to step away and relax!!! I'm glad to hear that you're happy and doing well and there isn't a bad reason to not see your posts. :)

Ooooh, Lionel. I'm digging that Aerosmith you're rockin'. I'm a huge pre-American Idol Steven Tyler fan. :)

I love the "little over the top"-ness of this outfit! It's just perfect. I've been taking much longer breaks between blog posts lately and am glad to see others are doing it to. Sometimes, it's just nice to get away!

I like you too! And I'm glad when you post things up, but I'm delighted that the reason why you aren't posting as often is because things are going well and that you're happy busy. I'm just going to have to come visit Dallas so I can get my Erin fix in person!

I took a week off a bit ago and loved every second of it. Good for you, Erin. Take as much time as you need and ENJOY it...although I love it when you do post!
