I Just Can't Hold My Tears Away The Way You Do

This is the kind of thing I’m most comfortable in during my down time.

1.14.11

The white tee doesn’t show my sweet dog’s shedding as much, and the dog hair wipes off the jeans with just a brush of the hand. I’m not sure I can emphasize how much the dog controls my clothing choices at home. How something will look covered in dog hair is probably 95% of why I do or do not wear it at the house.

1.14.11

I love those ankle boots with jeans tucked into them! I have so many boots now that when I put together an outfit I almost never have fewer than 5 or 6 viable boots choices, and often it’s more like 10. It’s both awesome and intimidating.

1.14.11

I cut the cuffs and a bit of sleeve off the sweatshirt and I KNOW I got the idea from one of you. I am 98% sure it was Kasmira. I think she cut hers into short sleeves, but I choose ¾ sleeve for my DIY. I am not even sure it qualifies as full on DIY it was so easy.

1. Lay flat.
2. Cut
3. Roll
4. There is no 4.

Tee, Everything English
Hoodie, AA (sleeves shortened by me)
Jeans, Target
Boots, Target

I love step four! I will admit that since we had to put my cat down a couple years ago, the one thing I haven't missed is the hair that was simply everywhere.

FABULOUS tee shirt!!!

My wardrobe is also controlled by dog hair - very little black or dark knits/sweaters on weekends due to two blondes and a ginger who rule the roost!

More Smiths t love from me. I like the look of the 3/4 length hoodie. As a very long armed gal myself, I'm learning to embrace different length sleeves (for necessity and fun)

I cut the cuffs (and a little more) off of my sweatshirts too. I have long arms and I either have to push them up or cut them off or it looks funny.

I look pretty much the same on my days off. Only I'm not contending with pet hair but baby roffle. :)

I like the idea of the cut off hoodie sleeves. I may have to borrow that idea.

Wow, what a good idea! I have a few hoodies that need some cuttin. Mwa ha ha ha! You look adorable, and I love that you have 'too many shoes' like me.

My wardrobe is very much controlled by dog hair - a must when you own 2 Newfoundland dogs. I have indoor clothes and outdoor clothes ;)
Love your t shirt and the boots are great!

I've never thought about cutting sleeves off of some of my sweatshirts, but I need to try that...especially since some of the end sleeves are tapered and tight. Thanks for the idea.

I copied that cutting/rolling idea from somewhere else....don't remember where anymore....but I'm happy to see the style chain continue on!

Easiest. DIY. Ever.
