I don't follow anyone through blogger, but I definitely follow myself in my RSS reader - I like to know how my posts are coming through in RSS feeds and not just on my actual page!
I definitely follow myself on my Google Reader - that's one way that I can if my formatting is really off. And I think I may be following myself in blogger too. Hmmm. I should probably remove that now that I'm not the only one following my blog. LOL.
