Whenever I see this dress in my closet, I almost always dismiss it.
I have no idea why, since I always enjoy wearing it. Maybe I wore it too much when I first got it? I do know I dismissed it several times this spring once it got too hot to wear my biker jacket for being to sweet and not rock and roll enough. But then I decided I can be sweet today and a bit more rock and roll tomorrow.
I love the pattern on this dress, and I am a big fan of black white and hot pink. I look good in pinks but I have trouble committing to them, so this is a great way to wear a little without a huge commitment to it.
Sometimes when I am selecting accessories, I think of the blog and think “Oh I’ve worn that 4 out of the past 5 days, that’s so boring." And try and select something else. But you know what? I want to be honest. And the truth is I tend to go through phases where I want to wear the same thing over and over again, and I want to document that. I want to be true to the way I would dress without all of you lovely people watching. Plus, I think it's really true to the mission of my blog to wear the same thing different ways, even if it is 5 days in a row. Or 10.
All that to say. I’m wearing the bunny pendant again. And the turquoise bird. And the bunny bracelet.
Yellow shoes are not something I would have ever thought of for this dress pre-fashion bloggers. You’ve been a wonderful influence on me.
And I also carried my wonderful vintage leather and bamboo bag.

super flattering, yo. it drapes really well and you look soooo thin!
ps> also a huge fan of yellow shoes; they go with everything.
I appreciate that you aren't changing your jewelry just for us. Keep it real!
Glad you gave that frock a second chance. It makes your legs look a million miles long!
i love the yellow shoes with this, and i think the dress is UBER flattering! do not dismiss it so often lady! it's bee-yoo-tee-full!
I agree--you look so thin & amazing! That middle picture is so adorable--you look all curvy and cute.
I can't wait for my bunny bracelet!!
I love that bunny jewelry - so cute!
I have the same predicament with pink. Everytime I wear it, everyone compliments me, but then, I personally don't feel comfortable.
Damn you, awkward pink!

Love that bunny pendant.
That is such as great little bag!
I have the Alice Temperly tunic, but with yellow instead of pink, I usually pair it with skinny jeans, worried it might be too short, but your post has convinced me to take a second look and see if it might be a cute summer dress - it looks great on you!
